Shipping and Returns

However, we understand sometimes these items could be damaged in the way, but we are here to help you in every moment.

Return and refund request:

Thank you for helping us to take back this item.

  • We can re-order a new item from you or refund your total amount once you send us back the item with the pre-paid labels we will provide you.
  • You have to send us a request on our page and fill in the reason for your request, we will send you a confirmation if you can return this item within 48 hrs.
  • If you can return the item, you should: Return the item in the original packing.
  • We will refund the total of the amount once we received the item back in our warehouse, remember it will take between 3 and 5 business days and will reflect the total amount in your account because of bank politics.
  • We refund the total amount to the original method of payment, if this method of payment is not available you should notify us, and we just can keep this amount for you as a credit line into our store for future purchases.
  • If you want to return the item for the reason “you do not want any more” we will charge a restocking fee of the total amount, and once we receive the item we will refund 70% of the amount.

Conditions of the item to be able to return and refund request:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item does not work properly
  • The item you received was not the item you originally ordered.
  • The return and refund requests could be accepted in a handling time within 30 days starting on the day you received the item.

Cancellation order:

  • If you want to cancel an order you should have to request a “cancel order” on our page. this cancelation will be actually confirmed, and we will refund the total amount to the original method payment.
  • We can not cancel any order if this order is already shipped, in this case, you should request a return request, and wait for the steps to return the items that our team will provide you.

Refund:

  • We refund the order with the total amount in the conditions that we explain to you:
  • Conditions of the item to be able to return and refund request,
  • Cancellation order,
  • Return and refund request.
  • We just do a refund to the original method payment or if you wish in a credit line on our store for future purchases.
